We offer delivery service to the UNITED STATES and CANADA.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders received and processed over the weekend may not ship until the following business day.

Based on your shipping address, the following shipping services may be available to you:

* FREE UPS GROUND (5-7 days, domestic only)
* UPS 3-day Select Delivery (3-4 days)
* UPS Next Day Air Saver (2 days)
* UPS Standard (international, 1-5 days)

Please note that shipping times should serve as an estimate only as there may be delays outside of our control. Once the package is in the possession of UPS,  we are unable to modify your shipping service, delivery date, or address.

For security reasons, all purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, online purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not secured by UPS.

INERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only offer international shipping to CANADA.

All international orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Due to shipping regulations, ISSEY MIYAKE WATCH and ISSEY MIYAKE PARFUMS are not eligible for international shipping.

All international orders are shipped from the US with duties and taxes included at checkout.

If these payments are not met on delivery or the package is refused, the package will be sent back to the ISSEY MIYAKE ONLINE STORE and the return shipping and import fees will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

SALES AND TAX DUTIES

United States sales tax is based on the state to which the order is shipped and all taxes will be added to the order total at checkout, if applicable.
