SPEC SHIRT

This series of shirts is made by speck dyeing omi-zarashi cloth that retains the essential texture of cotton. During the dyeing process, carried out by the hands of artisans, capsules of dye are added so that the color particles bleed into each other as they spread, creating shading and blurry unevenness in the vivid colors. The spontaneous look produced differs for each garment, creating layers of shading that form a three-dimensional sense of color with a rock-like roughness.
