On January 17th (Thursday), HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE made its first overseas presentation as a brand at Center Pompidou in Paris. The theme set by Mr. Daniel Ezralow, who worked on direction and choreography, is “PLAYGROUND.”There is a creative world where everyone is excited like a child. From “play” to “work,” all forms of everyday life intersect lightly like a dance.HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE, in the “PLAYGROUND” where such diverse scenes come and go dynamically, expresses a figure that comfortably snuggles up to each and makes people move freely.
In this exhibition, in addition to the uncut video of the presentation, we will introduce the making-of photo panels. We hope that you will feel the new “everyday” that HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE draws.
