COLLECTIONS - AUTUMN WINTER 2025/26

SHOW

FLY WITH IM MEN

Whenever looking at a piece of cloth, one finds unbounded creativity,
Manifested within the unfilled space, transforming and ready to take flight.

Extensive and profound as it is, the cloth absorbs ideas anew,
Calling for spontaneity and inspiring a notion of freedom.

Fly with IM MEN

Now, with this piece of cloth we fly upward with ease.

The IM MEN Autumn Winter 2025/26 collection, FLY WITH IM MEN was presented on Thursday, January 23, at Le Réfectoire des Cordeliers, formerly a monastery built in the early 16th century in Paris.

Launched in 2021, IM MEN pursues new possibilities of clothes-making with respect to the human body, derived from Issey Miyake’s philosophy of a piece of cloth. The design team sets out to redefine clothing with the approach to both a garment’s form-making and its construction, reflecting the practice of the integration of design and engineering.

The brand’s intention for this collection, which will be presented for the first time in Paris, is to express the creation of products that transcend all boundaries and bring new, liberating perspectives to many people through ideas born from a free mind.

Designed by Tokujin Yoshioka, an installation inspired by a piece of cloth is placed in the show space and begins to move as if coming to life. It illustrates a new era that will emerge from the dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and modern technology, as well as honoring the philosophy behind a piece of cloth.
