On Saturday, November 15, 2025, HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE opened a new store in Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi — a cultural crossroads where design, art, and international creativity converge.

The space, designed by the MISAWA DESIGN INSTITUTE, embodies a serene world composed of curves and open white spaces. Its fluid, welcoming environment expresses the idea of embracing everyone who visits.

Every wall follows a graceful arc, and the racks are naturally integrated along these curves. The garments flow in harmony with the space’s lines, creating a gentle rhythm free from rigid straight forms. At the center, a large sofa reminiscent of white stone invites visitors to rest. Within this minimal composition, the presence of the garments stands out in quiet clarity.

To celebrate the opening, a Roppongi-exclusive striped jacket series has been released.
