Orders purchased from this site ship to the US and Canada ONLY at this time.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process an order for shipment. The order will be shipped from our warehouse, between Monday and Friday, excluding local and national holidays.
All online purchases are shipped via UPS. For security reasons, all purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, online purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not secured by UPS. Shipping Options (NOT including processing time of 1-2 business days):
FREE UPS Ground and Standard (5-10 business days, domestic only)
UPS 3-day Select delivery (3-4 days)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (2 days)
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the number of boxes delivered is as stated on the delivery confirmation document upon delivery. Any damage to the packaging or product, or any discrepancy in the numbers of boxes delivered, should be immediately brought to the attention of UPS or customer service by indicating in writing on the UPS delivery documentation.
Merchandise purchased from the site can be returned for a full refund within 10 days from the date received. The returned package must be shipped out and in transit within the 10 days to be eligible for return.
All merchandise should be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags attached.
If any terms stated above are not met, the items will be shipped directly back to the customer. Please package all returns carefully, using original packaging if possible, to ensure safe transport. We are not responsible for any damages due to incorrect packaging while in transit. Returns cannot be done directly with a retail store.
Once the returned merchandise is received at ISSEY MIYAKE USA and the appropriate condition of the merchandise has been verified as above, we will refund your order value. You are responsible for paying 50% of the return shipping costs. This is automatically calculated based on the original shipping address and will be automatically subtracted from your total refund. Regardless of the shipping address, the return cost will NOT exceed $20.

We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases: PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
When placing your order, the name and billing address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Orders can ship to a different address, but the billing information must be entered correctly for the transaction to be approved. Non-US credit cards are accepted for payment, but please be sure to enter that billing address correctly.
All shipping addresses must be within the United States. Issey Miyake USA does not accept Issey Miyake USA in-store credits and gift certificates.
Please note the transaction will be charged to the customer’s credit card only after we have verified the card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and the order is ready to be shipped
ISSEY MIYAKE U.S.A. CORP. guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through us.isseymiyake.com website.
We do not authenticate products that are not purchased through our official site or retail stores.
Every BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE product comes with a unique warranty tag, proving its authenticity and guaranteeing a 1 year warranty on the item. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. (This does not include coverage for accidental damage or misuse of the product.)
In the event of any future claim, please contact customer service for further instructions. When possible, the bag will be repaired and sent back to the customer. Please note that we cannot guarantee all claims are suitable for repair service. The customer is responsible for repair and shipping charges when outside of the warranty period. We will confirm the repair cost and lead time upon receiving your request.
Please note that any other items purchased from our site do not include a warranty unless otherwise stated.

If you would like to be notified when an out-of-stock item is back in stock, please click on "Notify Me" on the product details page and enter your email address.
We will notify you by email if the item returns to stock. Some items may go out of stock immediately after they arrive. If the item is not restocked, you will not receive an email notification.
*Some brands are in such high demand that they may sell out as soon as they are back in stock. The back in stock notification does not guarantee availability.
All orders ship with a signature requirement upon delivery. To request this requirement be waived, please contact us before your order has shipped.
